Structure Inspection
We need to use an accurate measuring tape to measure the dimensions of the wood blocks and check that there is no top spread exposed in the wood frame while securing the wood frame
At the same time, we need to check the moisture content of the raw wood blocks with a wood moisture checker, we take the moisture content of the wood at 7~12%, a lower moisture content can ensure the durability of the furniture.
Fiberboard Testing
All the boards follow the requirements of GB/TI5102-2006 and GB/T 18883-2022, the formaldehyde emission of the density board does not exceed 0.5mg/L, and the length and width tolerance of the boards is 0~+5mm/m and other requirements. Our density boards and planks meet international requirements and have a long service life.
Fabric Leather Inspection
When preparing the fabrics, our QC team will check each batch of purchased leather and fabric to ensure that all thicknesses and cuts are within industry standards, checking for the correct color and rough and broken surfaces.
Sponge Inspection
When purchasing sponges, we need to check the shape, size, density, odor and softness of the sponge, each batch of sponge raw materials need to meet the industry requirements for flame retardant testing to ensure that each batch of products are safe.
Hardware Inspection
All part dimensions and structures need to be checked by QC before proceeding to the next production step. We promise that the parts are complete and clean, and each product is reproduced 1:1 according to the drawings.
Packaging Inspection
After completing the production and packaging packing, the QC team will check whether the product specification instructions and accessories are put into the package, and then measure the size and weight of the package
